PERSONAL TRAINER

Gail is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer that specialises in ladies-only bootcamps as well as inspiring and the empowerment of women to make positive change in their lives.

Diego Carrete

MASTER TRAINER

Diego is a Level 3 qualified Master Trainer who specialises in transformations and Nutritional mapping. He is outgoing and incredibly passionate about fitness, travel and meeting new people from all backgrounds.

Fernando Torrecillas

Personal Trainer

Fernando is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and looks after our Corporate Wellness program as well as training individuals for weight-loss; his sensitivity and his sense of humour makes him a popular member of our Rebel team.

Amandio Costa

PERSONAL TRAINER

Amandio is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with numerous fitness-related qualifications and an impressive sports resume having been a professional footballer as well as spending 5 years as a physical trainer in the Portuguese Air Force.

Hannah Swain

PERSONAL TRAINER

Hannah is a level 3 Personal Trainer who specializes in group training exercise and weight loss programs, she knows how to push you to your performance limits and frequently competes herself in triathlons, half marathons and climbing to high places!
