Gail Ramage

Gail is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer that specialises in ladies-only bootcamps as well as inspiring and the empowerment of women to make positive change in their lives.

Although fitness has always been a part of Gail’s life, after leaving school she began to excel at a high level in weight lifting and body-weight training and this is where her passion for health and fitness grew. A qualified financial advisor and stockbroker she spent 14 years in a corporate career, before realising that her true passion was for helping people achieve healthier lifestyles.

Gail thrives off the energy and positive mind-set that exercise brings and she shares and encourages this to her clients – she often tells the story of how she couldn’t wait to get out of the office (and her heels!) to get her gym clothes on so she could start working out!

Gail specialises in weight-loss and the general mind-set of reaching goals, whether its for short-term goals such as a holiday or a wedding or in general an ambition for better health, she takes a very proactive role and stays very close to her clients journey to ensure success – she believes that strong is the new skinny...

Many people are unaware that she struggles with a debilitating and degenerative spinal problem which hinders her ability to lift heavy weights, she doesn’t let this effect her exercise regime and inspires others with disability to do the same. Gail also works very closely with our meal-plan partner Fitness Feedz (@fitnessfeedz) and can give bespoke nutritional advice
